A qualitative study of individuals with first episode psychosis’ experience of taking part in an online remote exercise and lifestyle (REAL) intervention
This study complements findings from the feasibility study and considers participants' experiences of taking part in the online exercise and lifestyle programme. Participants found the programme accessible and engaging, and reported benefits including increased physical activity, improved confidence, self-esteem and mental wellbeing. The findings suggest that an online exercise and lifestyle programme can be beneficial when designed flexibly and to suit the needs of participants.
